The 450 square foot suites consist of one office area fully climate controlled of approximately 10” x 15’ and a warehouse space of approximately 15’ x 20’.  The warehouse spaces for our 450 sf suites are not climate controlled. These suites have a glass front that maximizes visibility and a ground level metal roll-up door in the rear, which makes deliveries easy. These suites are the perfect location for an at home business that has outgrown "the spare room". Bathroom is located at the end of the building. We offer free of charge a USPS mailbox managed and serviced by the USPS. These suites also have high speed internet and phone capabilities.
